    Welcome to Civil Engineered for Success (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By booking or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

  2. Services Overview
    We offer services supporting individuals preparing for their ICE Professional Review or advancing their civil engineering careers, including Initial Career Advice, Submission Reviews, Mock Presentations and Communication Tasks, Failed Review Analysis, and CPD Template Support.

  3. Eligibility
    Our services are available to individuals pursuing or advancing careers in civil engineering. By booking, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

  4. Booking and Payment
    The service fee will be displayed at the time of booking.
    Payment must be made in full before the scheduled session.
    Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment.

  5. Services we offer and checkout
    For all products purchased (except free product/guides), we will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to provide access and instructions.

  6. Session Format
    All one-on-one sessions, including Initial Career Advice, Submission Reviews, and Mock Presentations, will be held via Microsoft Teams.
    A Teams meeting link will be sent to your registered email address at least 48 hours before the booked session.

  7. Rescheduling and Cancellations
    You may reschedule or cancel your session by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
    Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Submission Review: Detailed feedback to strengthen your ICE Professional Review submission.

  • Mock Presentations and Communication Tasks: Simulates the ICE communication exercise with personalized feedback.

  • Failed Review Analysis: In-depth review of your feedback with an improvement plan for your next attempt.

  • CPD Template: A structured Google Sheets template for tracking Continuing Professional Development.

  1. Client Responsibilities
    Provide accurate and relevant information to enable us to offer the best possible guidance.
    Attend sessions on time—delays or no-shows may result in a shortened session or cancellation.
    Ensure you have the necessary equipment and internet connection for Teams meetings.
    Provide submission documents by the requested deadline to allow adequate preparation.

  2. Intellectual Property
    All resources and materials provided during sessions are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our consent.

  3. Confidentiality
    Your privacy is important to us. All information shared during sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    We strive to provide accurate and helpful guidance but do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as passing the ICE review or immediate career advancement. We are not liable for any losses or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of our advice.

  5. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
    We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

  6. Governing Law
